Penthouse A1

We redesigned this penthouse before it was finished, turning it from a two-story 600sqm unit into three separate apartments. The upper floor became a spacious 300 sqm home with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and open living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus an extra hot kitchen. An 80 sqm terrace offers amazing sunrise and city views, perfect for outdoor living.

The lower deck became two 150 sqm apartments which were quickly sold. This once-abandoned project was brought back to life through our creative vision, adding practical features and thoughtful design.
