For this penthouse, our client sought a unique design that departed from the standard floorplan and material selection of a new luxury development. We re-imagined the space to maximize the breathtaking views, incorporating surrounding balconies and open areas. Aside from the beams, we designed the entire outline with floor-to-ceiling patio windows, allowing the living area to seamlessly extend outdoors when the weather permits. The developers were so impressed with our vision that they decided to adopt it as their new standard design, with slight modifications for each penthouse.
